Croque Monsieur

As it turned out, no one from wine club showed up, but a few friends did come over last night. We had the 2005 Domaine de Pellehaut Harmonie de Gascogne Rosé and the 2004 Domaine la Bastide Syrah. Continuing with the French theme, I served a cheese course with Comté and Parrano (not French, but a very good cheese), olives and anchoïade. For the main course, I made Croque Monsieurs.
